Delivery times after 'processing' your order:

 

UK First Class: 1-2 working days (please be aware this is an estimate provided by Royal Mail but cannot be guaranteed)

Tracked 24: Next working day delivery aim

UK Guaranteed Special Delivery: Next working day by 1pm


International Standard: 5-10 working days

Please be aware that 'processing time' accounts for the time it will take me to make your item before being dispatched. I guarantee to make your item and dispatch your item within this time. This applies to next day delivery option as well, please understand that the items may not be with you the next day after ordering but instead the next working day after 'processing time'. 

Once I post an item I cannot guarantee how long it will take the postal service to deliver the item to you unless you opt for a shipping upgrade.

 

UK CUSTOMERS

All items will be sent first class via Royal Mail as standard to UK addresses.

Shipping upgrades are available.

PLEASE NOTE - Guaranteed next day 1pm only applies to items posted Mon-Fri, items posted on a Friday will arrive the following Monday unless a Bank Holiday. 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS


All items will be sent 'International Standard' via Royal Mail  (aims to deliver within 5 to 10 working days). Please note this time frame is just an aim, the postal service cannot guarantee the delivery within this time. Any additional customs fees that any be incurred are not included in the postal costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping upgrades are available: Tracked & Signed For

Prints and flat paper goods will be packed in reinforced 'do not bend' envelopes to protect their contents, and where possible degradable cello sleeves.

Custom made and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. If the items are faulty or damaged please return them to me within 14 days and I will replace the item. 

Items which are not personalised need to be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund of the items value (return postage not provided).

Please note that once an item has been dispatched I cannot cancel the order. However, if it is a non-customised item you may return the product unopened and intact within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund. If you have ordered a personalised item this cannot be returned unfortunately unless faulty or damaged, in which case a replacement will be sent.

 

WEDDING STATIONERY PAYMENTS

 

Payment for wedding stationery will be via invoice and two BACS payments;

1. Deposit for the design work.

2. The remaining balance after the proofs have been approved for printing.
